Thank you for your interest in CK Creative Co. and the studio space.
As shared recently, my lease for the space will end in June, and I am beginning to explore potential next steps. There are a few different possibilities depending on the level of interest.
Quick facts about the site:
It offers roughly 3,000 sq ft of space, 2,000 or so is the common area, and there is also a large storage room in the back and a large office space
It has unique features such as high, industrial ceilings and skylights
It features a natural-light studio area that is ideal for photography and content creation and is frequently booked by photographers and content creators
It has a single washroom and a kitchenette with a standard sized fridge, sink and cabinetry
It is an older building that was built to be a warehouse so it does have its quirks and shortcomings (which also give it character)
The unit does not have air conditioning, but does have the large garage door that can be opened during appropriate months
Please note:
• I do not own the building and will not be involved in lease negotiations or agreements with the landlord.
• If you are interested in the space only, your information may be shared with the landlord when the time comes.
• If someone is interested in CK Creative Co. as a business, I would be open to discussing a potential transfer of assets and facilitating an introduction with the landlord if appropriate.
This form simply helps me understand who is interested and in what capacity. I will review responses and follow up where it makes sense.
